Data Dashboard

SAY currently has three outcome areas with (10) total indicators: Social & Emotional (3), Health & Safety (2), and Cognitive/Academic (5). Data and targets for the following (8) of our (10) indicators are included in the first release of our baseline document using the 2015-2016 school year. In keeping with the collective impact requirement of continuous improvement, we will continue to improve upon our data measure selections, availability and disaggregation to provide us with the evidence needed to make decisions that drive continuous progress toward better outcomes for our children/youth. Because of our equity lens, the "Baseline" reflects the child/youth group that is the farthest from the target. We are successful as a community when all groups meet the target.
